Reuben Blair has over 13 years of payroll experience and 30 years of experience with McGill Smith Punshon, Inc. and past employers working in various areas including Accounting/Office Management.  Reuben has been a member of the National APA and Greater Cincinnati and N Kentucky Chapter of the APA for 10 Years and is currently serving as Chapter President Elect.

Cost: Member $20.00, Non-member $30.00
