Greetings!

My name is Jeremy Goebel and I’m excited to facilitate the Leadership Development Day on April 12^th. Why? Because Arlene tells me you all are a fun group that loves to learn – and I believe fun and learning go hand in hand!

To make this session as relevant and meaningful as possible, would you mind carving out about 15 minutes to do these two tasks:

Employee engagement is thrown around a lot nowadays and I’m curious as to where you are in the satisfaction and contribution model. Are you almost engaged, engaged, hamster/honeymooner, crash and burner, or disengaged?

2) Complete this 8-question survey found here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VFTQ3PR. This will help me understand who you are a little better so I can tailor our session accordingly.
