Topic:  FLSA - Are You In Compliance?

Overtime, exemptions, independent contractors, child labor standards – some of the elements of the FLSA that can get you and your employer in trouble. Consequences of non-compliance can be back wages, civil penalties, restraint of shipping or litigation.  It is a good time to assess your practices, policies, job descriptions and the training your managers have received. 

On May 20th we will do a high level refresher of the FLSA and some tips for your organizations.
